Does anyone know a recipe to cook seafood?

I had a delicious meal at a friends house a few years ago I would try it for Good Friday with the family. It was a kind of cooking seafood with a creamy tomato sauce finished with two tails grilled lobster on top, served with rice and salad. Can anyone tell me how?
