I want you create a recipe shake mixed with pure soy protein without dairy or caffiene?
Imagine for unknown we limit ourselves to Herbalife Formula 1 without protein powder, it should be as smooth as cream and fruit juice use, but does contain no dairy or caffiene? Has prevent more than half a cup of fruit pieces to decide what kind, must have at least pure fruit juice with all or some water? Imagine it's summer, imagine that you want to create the awareness and attitude relaxed appropriately targeted?
