Recipe Chinese Broccoli

The fillets are small pieces of a sort of white fish dipped in batter and fried. The pepper refers to actual peppers and not the spice. Although they are fried they texture is not crispy. They are so good. I hope someone has a recipe for that.

It is one of my favorite recipes lemon pepper fish. Fillets of cod marinated for 30 minutes in lemon pepper and chopped and then cooked in the oven – Simplicity itself.

Lemon Pepper Fish Recipe
4 cod fillets, skinless and boneless
Pinch of salt and fresh black pepper
1 lemon – Juiced
1 chile pepper – deseeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil

Place cod fillets in a baking dish greased – Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice. Sprinkle the chopped pepper and oil over, and rub in nets – both sides. You could this dish microwave for 10 to 12 minutes – turn the fish halfway through cooking. A clear and simple way of cooking cod. You can serve this with some new potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower sprinkled with fresh butter – absolutely delicious – the pepper adds a lovely bite ' "The taste of cod. We recommend the salmon because it is widely available now. But any firm texture of fresh fish, like snapper or tilapia, work just as well. The recipe for Red-Hot Tartar Sauce also is really good on fish tacos. We tried it recently with tilapia fillets which has been salted and peppered, then dredged in corn meal (like Zatarain). The combination of crispy fish wrapped in corn tortillas steam, dressed with chopped cabbage and a dollop of the tartar sauce was slightly spicy taste. .
