Anyone have any good recipes for Chinese Mongolian lamb dish? I love him but have not been able to find a good recipe for it .. :-)

This recipe is really good. MONGOLIAN LAMB Ingredients & Directions 1 pounds boneless lamb – Leg or shoulder 3 tb Kikkoman soy sauce, divided 1 c. tablespoons cornstarch 2 cloves garlic, pressed 2 1 / 2 cup cornstarch 1 ts Seeds sesame, toasted 1 / 2 cup sugar 1 / 8 TS-to … 1 / 4 TS Crushed red pepper 2 c. tablespoons vegetable oil, divided 2 carrots, chopped diagonally – in thin slices 1 billion green onion – cut into 2 inch lengths – whitespace – Tops Cut lamb across grain into thin slices. Mix 1 c. soup. _each_ soy sauce, cornstarch and garlic and stir in the lamb. Let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix remaining soy sauce, 3 / 4 cup water and next 4 ingredients and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp soup. oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat. Add lamb and sauté 1 minute. Add lamb and soy sauce mixture and cook stirring until sauce boils and thickens.
