How can I adjust this recipe?

Ok so I just realized that you can make baked apples in the microwave. They are so awesome, I made them several times this month to serve my friend. I want to be able to make breakfast over there if possible because he has to walk a few miles in the morning to go to work, and I want him to eat something warm for breakfast. Oatmeal every morning, would kill him, lol. So here's how I made the apples Furnace halved and cored apples with a little brown sugar and butter on the top cover and microwave. I thought putting granola and raisins on top and serve with yogurt. Any other suggestion is welcome.
