I need a recipe for ribs country style?
I bought yesterday ribs and barbecue sauce. I intend to cook in the oven, but boiling them first. I need a recipe and temperature to the furnace, thank you etc.

You can also find the BBQ Pit Boys on "youtube" when I watch all his videos. He recepies rub, and you name it ….. excellent! I would cook the ribs at 300 degrees for about 4 or 5 hours in an oven. Remember cold. and cooking love = slow! You could even go over 275, but add more cooking time will not ….. higher than 300 you will cook too fast and not falling for us bone tenderness that everyone loves in the ribs. This site is great guy and you can learn a lot about the dishes of all kinds …. pretty cool, he is like a biker, or something, but henows man what he speaks! Good Luck!
